I have never seen any of these before. However, the author could really use a good editor. The text needs to be tightened up and in some places it just doesn't make sense. Also, the directions for the jellies could include more details. With better writing and more clarity this book would be a gem.Product details

So many jellys to pick from.and to think it may be in your back yard...I'm going to make honeysuckle .great detail in his book..
I just finished this book and I really enjoyed it. The simplicity of the recipes convinced me that "I can do this". Plus the author’s ability to help me relive my childhood, with great memories of visits to my grandparents was an added joy.
I suggest that anyone who enjoys home-made cooking buy this book, you will love it!
This is a HORRIBLE book! This man, who thinks he knows about canning and food preservation knows nothing.
He doesn't know the first thing about safe canning methods. This is a dangerous book and should be removed from your bookshelves immediately.

So simple, good information. I believe in using all the food we have in as many ways possible.
Great recipes! Imaginative and unusual. Also a good reference in case the economy makes such skills a necessity again. Looking forward to trying these out and sharing with friends and family.
